    Job Position: Manager (technical/Marketing)
    Job Description:

        head technical/marketing operation unit in the corporation
        take sound underwriting decisions in the best interest of the corporation
        acceptance of new business for the corporation (treaty and facultative)
        rating of treaty/treaty negotiations/quotations ;
        design appropriate reinsurance program for the cedants
        supervise the preparation of reinsurance technical accounts/annual accounts
        prepare treaty wordings/agreements/addendum
        excellent marketing abilities
        adequate knowledge of claims processing and settlement/documentation
        any other duties that the Director (technical) may assign you


    Qualification:

        BS.BSC degree in Insurance or any social sciences
        ACII qualification or its equivalent
        an MBA in a relevant field will be an added advantage
        good team spirit
        good organisational skills
        ability to expertly utilize technology to enhance efficiency
        excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse audiences
        good knowledge of the African insurance market
